A complete natural diet, pure A2 cow milk contains a combination of macronutrients (carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins) and micronutrients (a variety of minerals, vitamins, and amino acids). A2 Milk from grass-fed cows has more omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, antioxidant beta carotene, all the essential minerals, and is one of the few non-meat sources of vitamin B12.
Beyond Ordinary Milk Grass-fed milk has a richer and more complex flavor than regular milk.
The previous district of this breed is Montgomery (Pakistan). These breed animals have red-brown color body, medium size body, small legs, loose skin, head is somewhat wide, small and heavy horns, heavy fringe is present below the neck and have large udder. It is the highest milk giving Indian breed. The breeding tract of the breed is Ferozpur and Amritsar districts of Punjab and Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan. Good herds of pure Sahiwal cattle are available around Fazilka and Abohar towns of Ferozpur district in Punjab. The bullocks are lethargic and are slow in work. This breed is also known as “Lambi Bar”, “Lola”, “Montgomery”, “Multani” and “Teli”. It gives an average 1800ltr of milk per lactation period. The milk contains 5.0% fat content. The average weight of adult ox is 5.5qtl and that of cow is 4qtl.

To ensure purity, We use A2 milk only from our cows for making Ghee and do not aggregate from other farmers.
The ghee is made with the original ayurvedic method of curd separation vis.a.vis cream separation used elsewhere.

FRESH A2 MILK
Fresh, pure A2 milk delivered to your doorstep: Rs.105 per litre
To ensure purity, We use A2 milk only from our own cows and do not aggregate from other farmers.
You receive the milk in 3 hrs of milking – unprocessed and whole – with all it’s probiotic bacteria. We don’t pasteurize, homogenize or alter the milk in any way before delivery.
